Pompano Beach High School Hosts 4th International Summit

Pompano Beach High School Students, Teachers, Staff and Guest Administrators, Teachers and Students from 13 Countries

WHAT: 
Opening Ceremony and Parade of Nations for the fourth International Summit hosted by Pompano Beach High School, with more than 160 guest administrators, teachers and students from 13 countries, including Brazil, China, Egypt, England, France, India, Ireland, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey and Zimbabwe.

WHY:                        
During the weeklong International Summit, Pompano Beach High School students, teachers and staff will interact and participate with the international delegates in assemblies, cultural showcases, classroom and lunchtime special presentations. Educators and foreign dignitaries will discuss issues in education from specific cultural perspectives. The opening ceremony festivities will introduce visiting delegates through a parade of nations.
