Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) is honored to have earned the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). The award recognizes the School Board of Broward County for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2021.
The award is the top form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting and signifies that BCPS is adhering to the program’s highest standards.

Cartwright. “Earning this recognition from the Government Finance Officers Association once again is a testament to the dedication of our School Board and District to meeting the highest level of financial reporting.
