Lauderhill 6-12 STEM-MED Magnet School is partnering with the City of Lauderhill to host the Youth Excel STEM Summit – Find Your Future in STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Math). During this second annual event, students will learn about STEM careers and the steps needed to attain them.

The Youth Excel STEM Summit aims to inspire and empower students to pursue their interests in STEM by providing hands-on learning experiences, guest speakers from a variety of local businesses and exposure to real-world career options.

Participating organizations and businesses include Lauderhill Police Department, Lauderhill Fire Department, Florida International University, Junior Achievement, Museum of Discovery and Science, Port Everglades, ACE Academy, Roboticated, HRB 360 Financial Literacy, Florida Medical Center, Fassmer Technical Projects, Code Ninjas and more.
